There are tons of ways to lose a lot of weight fairly fast.

1. Cut Back on sugars

The most important part of a fresh diet is to cut out the majority of unneeded sugars. Insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body. When insulin goes down, fat has a much easier time leaving the fat stores in the body and your body will burn fats instead of carbs more often.

2. Eat healthy Protein, Carbs and fats

Good Protein Sources:

- Meat I Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Bacon, Salmon, Trout, shrimp

- Eggs I Eggs are protein rich and are enriched with omega 3

Fat Sources:

- olive oil

- Coconut Oil

- Avocado Oil

- Butter

- Tallow

3. Have Cheat days

Once a week treat yourself to something unhealthy. It helps get rid of the urges you would have if you completely got rid of junk foods. A alternative to this would be to eat foods in moderation. Instead of eating a whole bag of chips at once. Eat one or two handfuls at a time, that will still allow you to enjoy the foods you love while still losing weight.
